Returns, replacements & refunds

Liquids cannot be returned once opened, for safety reasons.
If a product arrives leaked, damaged or incorrect, send a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we will ship a free replacement.
If a replacement is not possible, a full refund is issued to the original payment method (or via UPI for COD orders) within 5–7 working days.
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch by messaging us on WhatsApp.
